I've been very happy with the results of our contest this year and I thought I would end 2007 with the biggest package yet.
Last month we gave away a free copy of the

I'm also going to submit your site to 500 directories using the
dixiXMAS SEO Tool and... yes, there's more !
If you have a a 500-800 character blog post for your site, I'll get it added on a 300 blog network.

here is an old one I did. The blog post had 3 links in the blog to 3 different forums I was trying to push. The
PR from the directories and blog post range from 0 - 7.
The contest in the past have been a very basic "post count" contest. I was getting a bit bored with that and now we're going to be counting a few things and crediting "points" to to each user.
*note, these are not points you'll see, it's just a way for us to calculate a few algorithms*
These are the ways you can get points.
You'll get 30 points per referral ( the person you refer must have a min post count of 5 )
Points assigned for each counted post. 1
Points assigned for each thread posted to. 1
Points assigned for each forum posted to. 2
Points assigned for each thread started. 5
These numbers will be added up after 30 days and a winner will be announced. 
We do have a few restrictions tho
The users you refer must make at least 5 post to be counted towards your referral credit.
Your post must be at least 20 charactors to count towards the contest.
And these are the only forums we'll be counting post it.
