I don't know where to post this, but as many of you shore remember so did I buy the forums Iogames.com for a while ago.

Today i got this message from the http://hostmonster..com and it scare me a lot for I have moved lots of files from hostmonster to another host.

I have send the mail to my other host and have started to delete all files on my computer and scan it complete.

Upon review of your account, the file(s) that we found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are:


The following files on your account are malware. These were added to your account through a vulnerability that a hacker found on your account. These files can be used to do damage to your account as well as to other websites.

./mysql/.kin/psybnc.conf
./mysql/.kin/psybnc.conf.old
./mysql/.kin/log/psybnc.log

The security problem that allowed this to happen may be due to leaked login credentials, a vulnerability or a misconfiguration. Additionally, it is possible that the account is still vulnerable. Thus just simply removing the offending content may not be enough to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Here are the steps you need to take to correct this problem:

1. You need to go through your entire account and remove all files that you do not recognize, all files which are no longer in use, and also repair files that have been modified without your permission.

2. You need to update all software that you use on the account.

3. Make sure that all of the administrator passwords in use on your account are very strong passwords (i.e. a combination of upper case and lower case characters as well as numbers and symbols).

4. You need to check your FTP accounts in your cPanel and remove any that are no longer in use and also apply the above update to the passwords for all remaining FTP accounts.

5. We have found that some of these malicious users have created cron jobs to regenerate these files if you were ever to remove them, so you need to remove all unknown cron jobs.


Please remove these files.

If these violations have not been rectified within 48 Hours of this notice, your account's web site(s) will be deactivated, access to your account will be disabled, and you will need to call our service line, (866) 573-HOST, option 5, to discuss and resolve the suspension of your account. If your account becomes deactivated, it (and all of its files, databases, and emails) will be subsequently deleted.

Thanks Mikey for clear out what PsyBNC are.
I have deleted the entire hostmonster account, but it was very problematic.
Just to move my credit card was not so easy as I thought.

But the account are deleted and it will be closed and now renew the 2nd. Nov.2010.

So there are no more problems with that and I got two great domains who have lots of traffic. peace

It was little of-topic, but it dos'nt matter at all.

I have downloaded lots of good movies and music from the Internet and there are some free sites you can download.

But be very careful for most of those free sites where you download are total filled with VIRUS and tracking cookies.

The best and safest are to search on Google after Free Movies.

There are also programs as Frost Wire, where you can download music, films and such stuff. But Frost Wire are not safe either and there are almost none safe place to download free any longer on the Internet.

The best thing for you to do are to find a place as: http://www.film.com and pay little to download films. That's safer then total free stuff filled with VIRUS. :aheadsmack:
