Error When Registering

OK. When someone wants to register, they get this error at the top of the page:

Quote:
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /register.php(351) : eval()'d code on line 63
If someone "successfully registers" they get this error message:

Quote:
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/osmaster/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php
Line: 3075
Any solutions? I don't think it's a problem with any hacks, but I'll try disabling them.

Re: Error When Registering

Best to reupload an original vbulletin register.php file just to make sure its not a out dated file. Report back with your findings

Re: Error When Registering

I get the same errors with the original file. Should I try replacing includes/class_core.php?

Re: Error When Registering

Go to Maintenance -> Diagnostics and run "Suspect File Versions"

This should tell you if there are any out dated files

Its not a file eror, but seems to be a plugin error. What plugins have the hook location of register_ ?

I get 99% "not part of vBulletin" which are mostly hacks. vbulletin-style.xml says "File does not contain expected contents"

There are a few:
  • AJAX REG
  • EZ Bounce Management
  • Multiple Account Registration Prevention
  • NoSpam!
  • reCAPTCHA!vB

I'll try disabling them and see if it works.

EDIT: It's working now. I'll try enabling each one and see which one is the problem.
EDIT 2: It's the Multiple Account Registration Prevention hack. I've disabled it for now and enabled all the others. I'll update if I find a fix.
EDIT 3: I found another hack that does about the same thing: Multiple account login detector (AE Detector)

So that's why people aren't registering...
Everything's good now!
