Similiar to the hacks used for Mods downloading, etc, anyone seen any that are easy to implement that more or less just put the first post on each page?

I want it for Foto Fanatix, so when users post their pix for review it shows up on the top of each page of the thread.

Did search on vb.org, but not turning up anything useful.
