Things will slip through the cracks... If you are constantly policing your site and make an active effort to not host these topics in your forum or at least Disclaim them somehow, then you should be ok..

Indeed, I agree that having a properly framed registration agreement and implementing it, on your forum can avoid such events to be happen.
