and i tricked the people on our rival kinda site. they just changed the WHOLE site, new system, forum software, etc and the people HATE IT. hahaha

Yes that is what it was, you got "banned" and after the initial shock it redirected you to the forums. It was classic and still tops everything I have ever seen on forums for an April Fools joke.

Yeah. That was the one I enjoyed. I think the coolest part of the entire prank was the fact that it completely mimicked the banned screen. So anyone that has ever been banned would really think they were banned. Ryan and I brainstormed on it for quite some time before we did it. I think we tested it for like a week of so in dev before hand. That was before I was very good @ developing for vB and was much more complicated than it needed to be. LOL

Have y'all seen Google's pranks? There's one in Gmail. It claims to let you time stamp your mail to a previous date and time, and it will show up in the other user's inbox as such. (if they had gmail) LOL.
