Hello guys, Is everyone having as much fun working on their vBulletin Forum as I am ?

I have been fortunate enough to have a steady supply of vBulletin jobs to work on but.. This means I haven’t been able to get near enough done on the vBulletinSetup forums. During this week I took a small amount of time and messed with the forums, They are in dire need of some attention. I’ve observed the vBulletin Help and Tweak forums have been very successful. As well as the vBulletin Search Engine Optimization forums but, we have some other great forums with Very good SEO Articles and information on SEO for sites other then vBulletin. I hope these can be as active of the vBulletin help forums.

We’ve added the boardtracker Thread Taggins system and so far I’m very happy with how it’s looking. I need to go over each of the old threads and give them a tag to fully take advantage of the hack.

The site has been taking off like bombshells, and is about to win BOTM at vb.org ( well I hope ). Our ever growing stats have reached 300 users, and now over 2,000 post. Oh and we are getting a solid 250 unique visitors a day, I’ll post a summery at the end of the month.
I still have a solid week of work to do to the site, Maybe after the current job gets finished I’ll have a little more time for my Own site. Until then, please just enjoy the site, there are many helpful members that visit it everyday. Surely one of them will be able to help you out if I’m not around. :)

The site is moving along nicely everybody, we just hit 200 members today on the forum. We missed out on the latest google Page Rank I believe, but we are still building back links for the next one.. We have a few PR6 links, several PR5 links and 100’s of lower ones. We will be buying a few more PR6 and maybe a PR7 link in the next month, I’m hoping we can get a PR5 on the Blog and the Forums.

The traffic is staying pretty consistent and we have been nominated for BOTM ( Board of the Month ) at vb.org. If we win that it might bring us some more traffic, but I’m focusing on google and other search engines. About 75% of our registers have been saying they found our site on Google.com, So we must be doing something right ;)

I might send an email out to everyone about the 200 mark, but I think I’ll wait till 250 or 500.. With the way things are going it shouldn’t take long :)

If you seen the forum in the last few days, you noticed a nice new style has been applied. After looking over 100’s of styles, we’ve decided to go with the current skin. We still have 2 full weeks of custom work to do on the forums, and are still shooting to officially open Sept 1st. Depending on how much free time I get, will determine if this target date will still follow through. We’ve had several new clients since starting this site, and this is another reason why it’s taking so long to wrap this site up. The client work as always came first, and then any left over time goes to vBulletinSetup.
This is a short post, mainly to just talk about the new template. As always your welcome to look around and please Register, it will only take 2 mins.

I didn’t get a chance to work on the forum much today. I did however start to work on the blog some, as you see there is an RSS feed showing now. Right now it’s on the left but this may change. I’ve been working on a friends PC that is heavily infested with Trojans. I may end up formatting it completely, but that’s my last resort. I’m about done with my latest clients site and have added a Testimonials forum. I’ve already confirmed that my past clients will post some work that I’ve done. This forum should get bigger with the more clients I get :D.

So, this is just a short update to let you know I did something today and this weekend on the site. I’m contacting a few style designers to see if they’ll post their style releases here like they do on other sites.
