Everyone knows that Internet Brands a media company that primarily does their business over the Internet purchased Jelsoft a few months prior. Jelsoft is the company that created one of the most successful forum software available today called vBulletin and you most likely knew that, since we all love vBulletin.
vBulletin is about to enter the 3.7 release series and here at vBulletin Setup we’re wondering what everyone thinks about it. Do you like the new features, do you think these new features only came because of the buy out? Do you think the production cycle has taken to long for the product? Keep in mind its only been 5 months since the first beta was released to the public, if you need something to compare that to, Wordpress (popular blogging software) took almost 6 months to go from beta to public for their latest 2.5 release.
At any rate, we’d love to hear some feedback about how you think Internet Brands has done so far with vBulletin, so stop by our forums, and let us know your thoughts. If you already aren’t a forum member, the registration is free, and the community is great so there isn’t a reason not to!

All I noticed was that they compete with their own clients when they buy massive forums like LS1Tech.com and the likes.
That didn’t really leave the best taste in my mouth. They also made quite a few promises of better service, but it all feels the same to me as before. They basically just bought them out and bought some of the larger boards… Interested philosophy.
